Where the Passion Begins

Our founder, Nicholas Gibson, began drinking coffee in 2012. This love of coffee began with searching locally specialty/gourmet coffee beans. However, due to the limited amount of stores that sells gourmet coffee, he decided to source these beans internationally.

Having done his research, Nicholas' love for coffee expanded and international brands such as Death Wish Coffee, Black Insomnia Coffee and Lavetzzi Coffee, to name a few, caught his attention.

Due to the pandemic's devastating effects worldwide, Nicholas decided to invest in his own roaster and sourced high quality green beans. Thus, the idea to start the company was born.
